Shipping
All orders placed through our webshop are shipped within five business days of purchase via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to you.
Every Maanesten order is carefully wrapped in our signature pink silk tissue, nestled inside dreamy fabric pouches, and packaged in blush gift boxes—ready to delight, no matter the occasion. We never include price tags or printed invoices in our shipments, so your package arrives perfectly presentable for gifting.

Please note that during high-traffic periods, such as holidays or sale events, shipping times may be extended up to 10 business days. If you have any questions or concerns, we’re here to help.
Shipping Rates:
• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150 USD
• $15 flat rate for orders under $150
• $25 for customers in Alaska and Hawaii
• $35 flat rate for Canada, the Caribbean, and other international destinations
International shipping fees reflect the recent rise in customs processing and import duties.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you adore your Maanesten pieces and that they bring a little extra sparkle to your everyday. But if something isn’t quite right, our customer service team is always here to help.
Returns
Our standard return window is 14 days from the date your order shows as delivered by the carrier. To qualify for a refund, your return must be postmarked within this 14-day period. Returns postmarked after 14 days will be eligible for merchandise credit only.
Please allow our team up to 14 days from the date we receive your return to process your refund.
If your item was purchased from one of our valued retail partners, please contact that retailer directly to arrange your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon by a Maanesten Customer Service team member.
All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, including all jewelry pouches, boxes, and packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if worn or tried on.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include photos so our team can assist you quickly.
Holiday Extended Exchange Window
To help make spreading a little Maanesten magic easier this gifting season, any purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas Day are eligible for exchange through the New Year.
This extended period allows gift recipients to exchange their piece for a different size, metal, or style.
Merchandise credit will be honored based on the original price paid if the recipient wishes to exchange their gift for another Maanesten treasure or receive a credit toward a future purchase.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased during our Archives Sale or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding and hope your special find brings joy.
